I made an appointment for my 79 year old father and was booked for the following week. On the day of the appointment, I realized that I had missed messages sent to my phone to confirm the appointment. When I called to see if I could still keep the appointment, they just brushed me off saying the insurance wasn’t accepted. If this was the case, then they wouldn’t have called me twice to confirm the appointment. I feel they should’ve handled this situation more professionally.
