My sales person was great! He was very knowledgeable of the car I wanted and patient with me and my husband as we took a few weeks and trips to the dealership to decide on the Maserati. Gene was always readily available to answer our questions and responded to Our phone calls and emails quickly. I recently acquired a 2020 Maserati Ghibli and was assisted by Gene Smith who is phenomenal sales agent. The experience was pleasant. I was in the middle of a transition with my business and had to travel. He was very patient and accommodated by holding and reserving the vehicle longer that most dealerships would have. There was no pressure as he came me updated throughout the process relative to what was required to facilitate the deal. I am happy with the outcome. I recommend anyone in the market for a Ghibli to contact him at Helfman Maserati/Alfa Romeo of Houston. Working with Gene was equally enjoyable and refreshing.
Don’t plan on going here to shop for vehicles if you have kids with you. Extremely rude sales professionals. They have lost my business forever. Maserati name is tarnished due to rude staff at this place. This happened in March of 2015 and they are saying they don’t have a record of me shopping there. That is because no one bothered to even come up and ask me more than the annoying stares I got for having my son with me.
WOW!!!! Sitting here in the service department awaiting for car accommodations and I’m just amazed by how the line level staff passed by and said hello, but the service manager, Caleb, not only had the nerve, but the liver to pass me twice and not once spoke. Hmmmmm... What happened to service 101?! Hi, how’s your day going? Are they getting you taken care of? As a business owner, am I missing a recent knowledge update on being hospitable? Last I checked—it didn’t cost anything. I’ll definitely reevaluate referring family and friends to travel near and far to have service here.
Go see Kelvin! He made this car buying so easy. First of all, I told him exactly what I wanted. Thinking there was no way he could fulfill my wants. Well I was wrong. In 24 hours he called and said "Guess what" I said "NO WAY" He said "YEP! I Got it" And boy did he ever!!! Got exactly what I wanted and the price I wanted to pay. BAM! He is just the nicest and funniest man. He made this so easy and no pressure. That is a mouthful I just added. He will not pressure you to buy anything that you do not love. GO see KELVIN M. Immediately!! Go test drive and have some laughs (or tears, in our case) listening to that Bowers stereo system. That Bowers will bring tears to year eyes.
