It is hard to rate this restaurant. They seem to have 2 different treatment for people who take order to go vs those who dine in. I am not sure why. The experience with dine in is good mainly because the food is usually good. Since you get to sit down and eat a good food, your experience will be good for dine in. The \ to go order\ experience is awful, very very awful. This is mainly because they do not know what a customer service is supposed to be. First, the phone conversation to order food is very stressful. The attitude is as if you were waiting their time. They do not get your name. They will tell you the food will be ready at the certain time. When you get there, you will have to remind them the order and then they will not go and start working on the order to cook it or get it ready. This will take as much as it takes if you were to dine in. In short, if you order to go, be ready to be stressed for no reason, wait and deal with bad customer service with attitude. If you dine in, you will have a good experience because the food and ambiance is usually always good.

I absolutely love this place. This is one of my guiltless guilty pleasures. I had the fish plate. It has the right amount spice and condiments with it. I rave about it and tell anyone who ask s about good food, where to go.
Good price for the dollar and tasty meals! I highly recommend it.
