I tried to order Christmas flowers for my grandmother in a neighboring state. I received a confirmation email and everything looked in order, but the flowers never came and my cc (so far) has not been charged. I tried calling multiple times over many days to speak to them personally and no one ever picked up. The phone would either ring until it went to a generic voicemail or it would get cut off by what seemed like someone ending the call. Aside from my grandmother not receiving her Christmas flowers, I have no way of officially letting them know to not send the flowers at a later date because the email is a o reply\ and they won't pick up their phone. Horrible and disappointing service. I had wanted to support a local business but now I'm stuck ordering with FTD flowers because I need a place that will communicate with me and is reliable. Very sad.

Patuju Floral has created luxury custom floral design our anniversary day with fresh red roses .the quality of flowers they use very noticeable as our arrangements last two weeks by just changing the water .I highly recomend this real local florist in Houston Downtown .
Ordered flowers for my daughter eight days before Valentine's Day, with a note in the online special instructions box that delivery had to be before 9:30 am. Eight days prior, plenty of time to cancel the order if this could not be done. I was never contacted, and my daughter had already left work - 0.4 miles, 5 city blocks, from the florist. Very disappointed.
