its a very good and helpful experience if you are pursuing a music career because you get to be with an actual Music Producer in a recording studio. instead of just sitting down in a lecture when you are not putting anything you are learning and put into practice.

This program has been very helpful for me. I got to learn way more than I anticipated. My mentor has been fenomenal, he's extremely talented and dedicated, he's taught me how things work in the real world as an engineer and because of that I feel a lot more aware and focused on my path.

I shopped around a bit before discovering RRFC & Im so glad I did. The most affordable option by far, but the value far exceeds my expectations. Based in LA, they accommodate creatives all over the country with an extensive online curriculum, so you can learn at your pace. Also pairing you with a professional studio in your area, getting you hands on experience, learning from industry professionals. Not to mention pairing you with a virtual mentor, doing remote sessions every week. As well as knowledgeable tutors to help you at any time during your journey. I was fortunate to be paired with Alex in LA as my virtual mentor, 10 years experience, ready to help & answer any questions that come up, just All around great guy. Based in Houston, I got the renowned Studio 713 to intern in, B-Lessed. Matt is incredible, loves what he does, and does it efficiently and beautifully. Thank you RRFC for giving me this experience!

My Academic facilitator Anand Joshi has been the biggest help In my learning process. He has been patient and was working with me while I knew nothing and now I came a long way. He has helped me to understand things that I have seen in the studio. Ever since I started doing online sessions with Anand I started to make a tremendous improvement. He is really good at his job.

Overall, I am pleased with my experience in the beginner's audio engineering program. Nico, my remote mentor is a solid guy who cared about my experience in the program and helped me through it. Matt, my in-studio mentor, is extremely knowledgable and accomplished with his engineering and is a growing, current player in modern music, which I really appreciated learning from. I believe the lesson videos should be updated but they are still informative. I've been a longtime user of Logic Pro X, and looking at the Pro Tools interface has always been intimidating and confusing in comparison. Thanks to this program I've been able to easily transfer over my knowledge of the Logic interface into Pro Tools and can comfortably use both now. I also do feel like I have a much wider baseline of audio engineering knowledge than I did before. I was underwhelmed with the mixing theory information, but that's where youtube comes in. Like most education these days, you can learn all of this stuff for free by searching around for it yourself. However, this program does a good job of keeping you on track and learning it all in an organized and timely fashion. If you have the money to spend comfortably, go for it. If you're going out on a limb to do this program, go to youtube and learn what you want to learn. Shoutout to Nico tho, give my dude that promotion.
