DO NOT DELIVER HERE!!!!!! Check in is okay. But, I backed into my door at 5:00 am. Started unloading me at 9:20 a.m. 12:30 pm still being unloaded. And there's no trucks here. Whenever they decide to finish then they're going to have to count the product. Now I've lost my next load.. God only knows how long I'm going to be stuck in Houston because of this. And on top of that I'm going to have to pay a lumper. For me they're rating is a negative 10.

I hate this place. They are extremely slow. Takes 3 hrs to take off 1 pallet. Avoid at all cost. Tell your brokers No.. Sysco absolutely doesn’t care about your time.. Update: Been her now 5 hrs and they are getting one pallet. Has now messed up my other load schedules...

If you arrive in the morning as I did be prepared to meet a parking lot full of 18 wheelers. There may not be any room for you on the shipper/receiver pavement and you might have to park street side and walk towards the guard shack. You will have to wait in line and stand six feet apart marked by easily identified red tape. The security officer sits behind a glass and has you to sign paperwork. She takes your number down and says she will call you. The dock doors are in even and odd numbers descending facing each wall. When you are in your door do not forget to bring your paperwork to be checked in and associated with any applicable lumper fees. There is a vending snack machines in the corner and you have to ask permission to buy from them. All in all the people who work at this facility coordinate together really well to get you out of there as fast as possible without any overages, shortages, or damages.

Nice open lot. Plenty of parking. Nice receiving guy at desk. I give it a 10/10.

Got the door on time ... Not a bad place kinda slow ye but it's trucking. It's a huge facility with so much of transition..... If I have to go there again yeah sure or may be. Guardshake girl was very nice and polite.
