I’m writing about Sour Cream. It’s so sad that Hudson Valley Fresh does not understand that ingredients are as important as being “all local”. I support “all local” and make shopping local a primary goal in my shopping habits. But when I read that Daisy Sour cream contains one ingredient in their sour cream: Cultured Cream, and that Hudson Valley Fresh lists their ingredients as: Milk, Cream, Lactic Acid, Citric Acid, Acetic Acid, Tapioca Flour, Modified Food Starch, Guar Gum, Salt, Natural Flavors....I’m pretty shocked. But the shock comes from the knowledge that Daisy Sour Cream is PERFECT with only one ingredient, while the other is gritty and does not taste fresh. I’ll never buy Hudson Valley Fresh again.
