1 STAR.....IS 20 TO MANY...should be -20 STARS....I'm very disgusted with the way I'm treated as a paying client. This company has issues with keeping employees, I've been told that I did not have to pay for any services related issues when my system was moved from one location to another. For 5 months now I keep receiving a late fee on an invoice which my sales representative told me I would not have to pay. I've also asked for a FULL print out of my account, for !st day of my services to present, and have been told they can't provide that to me. I was supposed to be credited money and also have no way to prove it was done. I've constantly call and left messages. Now it is to the point that The employee who do answer now has to hear my disapproval of the way I'm being treated. We just continue to go round and round in circle; getting nowhere, just upsetting me more. I'm going to lodge a complaint with BBB maybe than I can get this outstanding bill cleared up. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND HUE & CRY ALARM TO ANYONE!!!!!
Three teen girls stealing candy bars in the store in Redding, Ca. Two of them had black Hue & Cry Sweet Shirts on. One of the girls said her grandparent(s) worked there, bad way to advertise. I went to the website to contact someone there and there is no way to leave comments. Only sales calls.
I don't normally write reviews but stay away from this company. Complete nightmare!
