Overcharged. One side of my hair is a strange shade of blonde and the other side has no color. I hate it and I have to pay someone else to fix it. I've been highlighting my hair for a long time . Never this awful I need a refund

Just tried out this salon for the first time and I loved it! Amazing staff and customer service. I went in to color my hair (for the first time) and Jenna talked me through my nerves and created the perfect custom color for my hair. She also gave me great tips and talked me through the whole process. I highly recommend this place and will no longer be going anywhere else for my hair needs. Thank you Jenna!

I have just left the salon, it was my first time there and I feel like a new woman! Paige is the best stylist I've ever had. She is so nice and took her time to make sure every hair on my head was perfect. My new color is so rich and vibrant and my haircut couldn't be better. Thank you for such a great experience. This place is one of the best salons in Rochester, especially if you’re blonde or platinum. Amy is so meticulous and really listens to help bring your desired style to life. I love that everything is clean and professional here. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating.

Amazing service. They offered me something to drink as my hair was done. For the first time ever my hair was left undamaged by the bleaching process, and I got some really fun, custom mixed colors in my hair. My stylist Amy even stayed late to finish and gave me good advice on hair care. Would rate 20 stars if I could.
