Mike Buckner and team were able to get me in a loaner car quickly and kept me apprised on the status of my Tahoe the entire way. I was only down a week, and everything went smoothly. If you are looking for a nice used car shop at Huffines Chevrolet in Louisville. I went in there knowing what I wanted and Greg Sikes delivered. He was a excellent salesman. He knows the answers to all the questions. He was very polite and respectful. I highly recommend you ask for him by name when you walk in there Greg will get you what you want with no B. S. Just ask for Greg Sikes you will be glad you did. He even went out of his way to deliver me my Denali to my home in Garland Texas, after I got tired of waiting on the service department to get it inspected and detailed. Greg answered all my texts and my emails quickly and even updated me on the ETA of delivery. I really can't say enough about Greg Sikes. So please do yourself a favor do not waist your time looking anywhere else, go to Huffines Chevrolet in Louisville and ask for Greg Sikes he will not let you leave there until you have what you are looking for and you definitely will leave there happy. I was made aware of a factory recall and contacted Huffines Chevrolet to schedule an appointment.Tom Flores is the service consultant with whom spoke. He knew the issue and let me know how long it would take to complete the repair. Tom made me feel very comfortable and added to the terrific experience I had. The dealership is clean. All the other staff, from other service consultants to cashiers and parts personnel acted like whomever they were serving was the most important person in the world. Kudos to the management for instilling the hospitality vision in each team member.
