When I first moved into my apartment doors was already coming off the hinges and don’t get me started on the quality of the washer and dryer in the unit. What tops it all off is the fact that my upstairs neighbor shot a gun directly into my kitchen and nothing has been done about this. I do not feel safe in my apartment and I’ve tried contacting them multiple times and I’m done. I’ve told them I need to be moved into a different apartment but nothing. Not to mention someone was shot on property and two people died. I will not take down my review until I am moved out of this apartment into a better quality apartment. I will be making reviews all over the Internet and airing y’all out.

Have you ever wanted to live in a place where management is inept, the apartments are cheap and poorly made, the walls are paper thin, and your neighbors are lunatics that scream at all hours of the night & day? Well, come live at Hunter's Crossing then. For everyone else, avoid this place like your life depends on it.

I say this place is great for the price and space. It's also convenient if you work at Deerfield. I love my apartment. It's super cozy and spacious. I think for price, location, and space you're not going to find anything better in Newark. I moved in January 2019 and Anise was the leasing consultant that helped me from the tour to move in day. The property manager Micheal is very thorough and consistent. Their resident services is handled by Tess who is very upbeat and friendly. I moved here from Georgia so this was a big move for me so having things go smoothly during leasing was important. Now I'm here and don't plan on moving out until I purchase a home sometime next year.

I wish I could give this place zero star! The place has mouse. I have seen them several times in the kitchen and I dont know where they come from. I have asked management to take care of this or to return my deposit so I leave this complex. They do not bother come and take a look in the apartment, and they say it is not possible to return my deposit before my lease is finished. It is like hell in this apartment and the management is like devil.
