I just purchased my boat from Big D powersport.. The service was an A. I worked with Travis. He kept me informed with everything that was going on from the boat to the motor delivery. If you're looking for a boat Travis would be the one to talk to. Now, don't get me wrong, everyone there was very nice from start to finish. I said see Travis because he will work for you to get what you want.

Travis is the best...I haven’t met him personally because I live in Michigan. He made my motorcycle (2017 Fatboy S) purchase so easy and stress free. He has been working with me over the phone and through text messages for over a week. He diligently responded to all of my questions and concerns and has gone above and beyond what anyone would ever expect. I hope his management appreciates all of his efforts. 5 Stars for Travis.

Unlike another dealer over in Highlands, this one took great care of me. I called in and spoke to Travis in sales about 15 minutes before closing time. I asked him for an out the door price on a bike I had seen advertised online and he said he'd text me the price in a few minutes. Within ten minutes I received a text with the price. I contacted him again the following morning to say that I'd the bike. After filling out some paperwork online, Travis got the rest of the documents ready for me to sign told me the motorcycle would be ready to be picked up at 530. I showed up at 5 and was greeted with friendly service. The bike was ready and the paperwork took less than 5 minutes to sign. This was by far one of the easiest and most pleasurable buying experiences I've had. Although their showroom is small (and I mean really small as far as a motorcycle dealer goes), I would highly recommend this place.
