It seems like they have good service. However I was quite upset and genuinely surprised when I have been given a quote for the car I test drove 2000 more that was listed on the website. A sales person kept telling me how amazing this price is and lying into my face. I would highly suggest to do you research online first across multiple dealerships in order not to be tricked before coming there.

Exceptional service. Mark was incredibly polite and helpful. Everyone I spoke with was very nice. Would come back again though for a oil change tire rotation your prices are a bit high. Otherwise keep up the good work!
Great experience buying a new car here. I ended up with the car I wanted it. All the staff were very helpful, friendly, and answered all my questions. Finance paperwork was explained in detailed, warranty and maintenance plans. Very patient explaining different option and prices. Overall I am very happy with my new car and definitely a very nice buying experience!
Jerry Wong has great customer service. Very friendly and explains everything to me and also letting me know how long it will take and also coming back and letting me that my car is being washed.
We had an excellent experience shopping at Hyundai of Serramonte. Regardless of them being a dealership with commissioned salesmen, they were very honest and accommodating throughout the entire way. A big thank you as well to Dino, the primary salesman who helped us. He was very helpful throughout our time shopping, and was not pressuring whatsoever with the buying process. Thank you Dino!
Had great experience dealing with this dealer, bought Elantra SE and got good deal and it was quick. APR they offered was bit high eventhough I had excellent credit score, becauese I didn't take extended warranty. overall it was good. t
Dropped my son's car off her today for some warranty work - - may need to update the review after the work is done and/or after the dealer responds. Dealt with Israel an Advisor in the Service Department who is a breath of fresh air here. We have gone here in the past (not much of a choice of dealers for this type of car as a few local ones have closed up) and this service department has been the haven for tired and not very professional service advisors who love to say no and think the customer is an idiot. After dealing with Israel this place has a whole new vibe. BTW the waiting areas have been updated and cleaned and look good as well
We drove quite a ways to find the perfect car and Hyundai of Serramonte made it happen. They gave the price that they advertised, explained everything as it was happening, and did everything they could to get me in the car I came for. Simon was great! Very knowledgeable with fantastic customer service. The managers all came together to help me get the terms I wanted and explained everything that they were seeing so that I could understand. The best place I have ever bought a car from!
