I just purchased my second ice machine from Ice and Refrigeration Systems and I am very happy with both purchases. The units I purchased are ice makers that go on top of soda fountain machines so I had them installed. The sales process, as well as installation, was quick and efficient. The day prior to install the service techs came out to do a site survey to make sure everything was in place that was needed to complete the install such as power, water supply and drain lines, etc. The next morning, they came out and installed the unit, offered a quick demonstration of how to operate and clean the unit, cleaned up their mess and left. Very competitive prices and quality service. The office did a great job of coordinating everything with me as well. All around, great experience from this company.

I am the region property manager for churches. I ordered an under the counter fridge for one of the church's in-house staff canteens. I couldn't figure out how to do tax exempt on the website so I called the customer service number. The person I spoke with was very helpful and handled my purchase easily. The fridge arrived within 3-4 business days just as promised. It was exactly what I wanted and fits perfectly where the old one was. When it was unpacked, it was discovered that the keys to the locks were missing. The customer service rep immediately called the manufacturer and called me back with the details on how to get the doors open and she got them to ship the keys out right away and sent me the tracking information. Everyone I spoke to was extremely helpful and very service oriented. Would definitely recommend this company.
We purchased an American Range Deep Fryer. Customer Service was excellent. They called us back to make sure all the details of our purchase were correct and the shipping was fast. They were a great company to use and we'll use them again for future needs!
Randy was very helpful and had great insight. Kept me informed throughout the deliveries. I have used them several times and have been very pleased with each transaction. Even took care of a piece damaged during shipping no hassle!!!
Not sure what happened to this company. Ordered two machines and they were great. I've been in contact with another sales person and have been trying to complete an order for two more with no luck. Called and emailed about a dozen times. I have to give up.
We had a great experience working with Randy, we are really busy and we just told him what we needed, he whipped up the estimate for us. We needed a bunch of items, we leased with the option to buy out. Highly recommend them! Easy
The prices are fair, but customer/sales service is just horrible. Need your sales person to call you back? - forget it. Need your sales person to respond your email? - forget it. Need an urgent order to be delivered on time as promised? - forget it. Cause there will be no your phone number for the delivery company and the shipper (Ace & Reft. System), won't get back to delivery company to provide your number. So, there is a 3 hr drive from them to us. And we can't receive our order for 5 days now. We are not a one-time buyer for them (we ordered 3 1000 freezers at different times), but we definitely won't use them again.
Wonderful Company! I purchased an Ice Cream freezer chest and i absolutely love it. Works great. Great purchase. I would recommend this company to anyone.
