Worsttttt Service!!! I had to go back today to pick up my fedex package that i left there 3 days ago .. the guy who was there didnt even ask why.. or explain to me why fedex didnt pick up or nothing.. I should have gone to a ORIGINAL FEDEX CENTER from the beginning...

Super friendly and helpful, a lot more convenient than dealing with the post office
I went yesterday to drop off a DHL package. There were 2 guys there and I barely got 5 words out of both of them. I tried to hand over additional paperwork since it was an international package and I was ignored as I tried to hand it to one of them. He handed me a receipt and that was it. Then today I get a call saying they couldn't send it out because they didn't have the same paperwork that I tried to hand them yesterday! I drove back to get my package and will be taking it to an actual DHL facility about 17 miles away. I definitely wouldn't trust them with anything international or time sensitive that's for sure.
I Recently found this location, and I am extremely happy with the professionalism and class the staff here showed. I was shipping something extremely important to me, and the staff made sure to handle my package with care. My grandmas cookies are no joke, so making sure they weren't tossed around, and break was my only concern. Come see George, besides wanting to try the cookies which (I don't blame him.) He was very nice. Imail plus for the win. Thanks Guys, I will definitely recommend my friends and family from here on out. A lot more care than the big box companies.
