Went in yesterday to test drive several cars. My salesmen Dave C. was very patient and helpful while I spent almost 2.5 hours test driving and seeing 8 cars! I was completely up front that I was only here to figure out my favorite options and I will be returning to do business. Also dealt with the sales manager who was very helpful with all my trade in and financing questions. See you all soon and don't hesitate to do business with them. I recently went to Imperial Chevrolet to see a car I found on line. Ryan and the sales manager were great to work with. They got me exactly what I wanted for my trade and got me into my new ride for a fair and reasonable price. Omar in the finance department was quite helpful too. It was dark when I test drove it and sealed the deal. The car had a couple of dings in the rims on the passenger side that I didn’t notice until I got the car home. The service department and Brad were a pleasure to work with too! They repaired the damaged rims. It is refreshing to see a dealership stand behind their cars! I would highly recommend Imperial to anyone purchasing a car. It was by far the best car buying experience I’ve had and will definitely buy from Imperial again!

Great dealership, great service. Firas is the best car salesman I've ever had. He's laid back tells it like it is and makes sure you're happy. Omar in finance was great too. Pros: Dealership is clean, facilities are very nice. They were flexible with the price, meeting my offer. The salesman (Firas) was knowledgeable, helpful, polite and easy to work with. He did all he could to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. The car itself is clean and runs smoothly. I'm happy with my Impala thus far. Cons: They were unable to inspect my car at the dealership due to the computer being reset and I had to do it myself. Firas promised he would send a rebate check ASAP because I had already paid for an inspection. I've have only owned this used (2015) Chevy Certified Impala for a week but I am very pleased so far.
