The very worst, 100 % failure in doing their job. Quitting them for good, anything will be better than these folks who never do their jobs requires multiple pgone calls to get supplies, just done!!!

This company started out good in 2014 when I first started receiving supplies. John was very knowledgeable and I always received supplies when promised. Lately, I call several times, they send the wrong supplies, they promise delivery on a particular day and no one shows up nor do I get a call telling me no one is coming. After 3 request, they came so late one night they hung equipment on my door because they did not call to let me know they were on the way. Their customer service is terrible. They lost a great asset when John retired. He was very customer oriented.

Negative 1 star. Absolutely the worst customer service, the number on my bill to ask questions only gives you an option to pay over the phone, or enter an extension. I have a bill and need to switch my insurance information. Have spent 2hours on hold from the billing department and they still hadn't answered. They are such a bad company that I can not even give them my insurance so they can get paid. They clearly do not want to talk to people on the phone. I am finished trying to contact them to switch the info they can track me down when it is convenient for me I am done wasting my time on them.

I will never ever recommend this company. I waited all day from 8:30am until 5pm for them to show up & even called them twice to see if they could give me a time frame and the company didn't have the decency to call, text or email that they wouldn't be coming!

I never dealt with a company that is so rude and careless, unfortunately because of covid they’re the closest to my home and have to go there. This is my experience since I have been going there from time to time in the last year.
