Ordered a cake, no biggy. When I called the same day to ask if I could make 1 change, I was told “NO! The cake lady is gone” when I ask if they could leave her a note, same rude response. Called asking if I couple pay for it over the phone, rudely told “NO!” again and hung up on. Not sure if they only pick rude as hell ppl to work in the bakery or what. Not impressed....

Two weeks ago I put in an order for 24 cupcakes and a cookie that feeds 12., that out was to pick up at noon the lady who took my order told me my cakes would be 18, (which I should have checked the sign because she only gave me the price of one of the two things I ordered) I got there at 12:25 just to be told the lady needed 10 more minutes to finish it... I said fine, even though I was highly upset and had several things to do before the party. I stand around waiting and in 10 or so minutes she brings me my cake, and tells me she didn’t see the note that said to write happy birthday, with my sons name on it until right before I showed up. (Which is why they needed the extra 10 minutes). She brings me my cupcakes that look AWESOME! (Which is the reason for two starts instead of one). And the cookie cake, which has had the phrase smashed together at the bottom of the cake... she came out to apologize and hand off the cake, I should have said I don’t want it. But I didn’t have time to find another cake. I won’t order from Walmart ever again.
