Clay did what we asked last fall by leveling our front yard and planting seed and a few plants, but he said there was a 3 Year warranty. Our grass is dying now and the plants he planted died (he showed up to our house and planted a few Mulhy grass plants, because they died, but he did not come to the door to let us know he was here. It was like he was trying to hurry and plant them and leave. Very unprofessional. .When he came to our house and said the grass is not under warranty and he was not helpful at all. He said looks like it needs some water!! We had plenty of water on it. Some of the drainage washed away and that is not covered either. So beware, no 3 warranty.
