The place is under renovation but for the price they are worth it with nice quiet clean rooms that are free from bugs. Rowdy seems to like it. The clerk at the desk was extra nice providing menus from nearby restaurants. The atmosphere is also nice.

Currently the hotel looks nothing like the picture, it’s going through a facelift, hallway carpets are gross, rooms are somewhat decent but they have no fridge or microwave, that’s a first for me at La Quinta, my crew and I were working nights at our job site and even when I asked the front desk repeatedly to put us on a do not disturb list, housekeeping continued to pound on the door like cops serving a warrant. They have no do not disturb signs to hang on door so I had to write on a paper and tape it to the door, I had paid one early morning after work l to extend my room a couple days so I wouldn’t have to get up and do it at check out time and they still called and woke me up to pay the room or check out when I already did

It was not clean! Food on the outside of the microwave, oil/dirt on the headboard, debris in the bed. Had to fix the toilet, part of the coffee maker was not there (had to get it from the front desk), only one set of towels for a king suite room (had to get more and a blanket for the pull out couch from the front desk) and a big rip in the screen so we couldn't open the window. In my opinion the cleaning crew is the biggest downfall.

There are no microwaves or refrigerators in the hotel rooms. The only microwave is in the lobby. It's freezing as Hell in there so wear a coat. The heater is broken. If you turn it on you'll smell the belts burning rubber. You might as well battle through traffic to go next door to the better hotel. This morning I woke up to go to work & there was a waterfall I had to step through from the floor up above. A waterfall! Also, you have to unplug the lamp if you need to charge two phones with a coworker sharing the room. The only pro is there is no wifi password.

This Hotel is run down in a big way. I and a coworker checked in. Lol checked out 10 minutes later and moved to the Wyndham Indianapolis. They had a shuttle I needed to use to save some money . I just Ubered. It seemed the hotel was in the middle of a remodel. It definitely needs it. Customer service was good. The pictures are not accurate the hotel was not suitable. I'm sure the remodel will be nice. Good luck

Wasn't aware that renovations were underway, breakfast is a brown baggie with a honey bun and granola bar, rooms smell like mold and mildew, air-conditioning filters appeared to not have been cleaned for months even during covid, parking lot is a disaster. Please do yourself a favor and go next door to the brand new Holiday Inn. It's not worth the saving of a couple of bucks.

Our overnight stay was good; room was clean. They provide a park 'n fly option. Do not use this if you book through a 3rd party; they charge 5.00 per night which included the night we stayed and the two hours that the car was there the night we came back into Indy. To make matters even worse, the shuttle did not pick us up and we were forced to call an Uber. They did reimburse for the Uber trip. The manager argued with my husband the next day about their lack of following through with their service. Mark, the manager, was unprofessional!

Friendly staff from the beginning to the end. And the room was a pretty good size. Hotel looks like is going through a remodeling face so looking forward for my future stays.
