I highly recommend this dealership and wish they were closer. I live in canton, Ohio but the vehicle I wanted was at this dealership in Lubbock, Texas. I was taken care of by Keith Hawkins and it as an absolute pleasure. All my questions were answered professionally and promptly by Keith. I am so excited to receive my new vehicle and have no doubt it will be taken care of in transport. I was in contact with 3 other dealerships out of state during this time and definitely felt the most comfortable with them. They were not pushy but was there when I needed them.

We ended up there because our 2012 Infinity’s fan clutch had gone out. Chiarra Aguilar stopped to visit with me. I told her what was going on and she told me about the 2014 that was on the lot with low mileage. My husband and I decided to look at it and decided we wanted to trade in the 2012 for the 2014. Chiarra took care of us in a very professional and very sweet way. We could not have asked for a better salesperson to help us. Everyone was helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this Infinity Dealership!!

Very professional and helpful. Ashlyn helped us select our new Infinity and was very helpful and knowledgeable. This dealership is great and I highly recommend them.
From the time the service department door rolled up we were treated with EXTREME professionalism and kindness. We have NEVER experienced such service. While our car was left for some service we received several calls to tell us what was being done. This is the first time in my 70 years I did not feel I was being sold a bill of goods. In fact some of the things I thought we needed I was told we didn’t! Now that’s a new one. Planning on around 2,000 came out to be 500. On a scale of 1 to 10, I’d give them an 11!
