Customer service was okay when troubleshooting and placing orders. However I ordered two remote switches at around 150 from their sunpak heaters website but unfortunately I couldn't install the heaters for about a month upon realizing that these switches are not the correct switches for my model and are worthless to me. I called to return them and they wouldn't work around their 30 day return policy even though they are unused in plastic still in the shipping box.
