Worse buying experience ever. We had a True Car price for the car we wanted to buy, but when the \sales manager\ came out with the price he added a 2995 reconditioning fee. We walked out. What a scam. We went to Principle Volvo and bought a car from them. Great 5-star sales experience with Principle Volvo. We were even able to negotiate a price below the True Car price with them. We will likely NEVER set foot on Ingram Park Nissan's lot ever again. I have attached a photo of the car we bought at Principle Volvo.

I went in with stress through the roof and expecting to have a horrible experience as I've had in past experiences from other dealerships... But I was pleasantly proven wrong.. John and Howard helped me from the moment I stepped foot in the door to the exciting moment of driving home in my brand new ROGUE I am beyond thrilled and ever so grateful for their help.
