I'm a 1st time home buyer. John was on time and went right to work. Explained everything from start to finish. He Inspected the entire home from roof , attic down to the basement. Answered all and any questions I could think of and showed me how things work in the home. And sent me and my realtor a detailed report right after. He was affordable, on time, professional and RESPECTFUL. I recommend him for all inspections!
