I cannot thank the service department enough for helping my daughter when she was having brake issues on her Suburban as she was traveling from Indiana back home to Georgia. I first spoke with Jessie and told him the situation and he said “tell your daughter to bring in in and we will fix it”. After a awhile Eric called me back to check on her and to tell me that they would stay open to make the repairs needed. So Eric and Kyle stayed over on a Friday night to repair the vehicle. These guys are the best!!! I must add I called a competitor in Chattanooga and they said they closed at 5:30 and would not be able to help her. THANK YOU ERIC AND KYLE!

Well I came in to get my car service for the 1st time. Once finish they didn’t go over anything about what they did to service the vehicle wasn’t pleased at all. Thinking they should have went over oil change and tire rotation if they did it I really don’t know what they did but oil change no fluids level was spoken about or tire threads ......
