Advantage to the rescue again. They are always willing to jump in a fix a problem! Excellent service over and over again!
I will never do business here again. Brought laptops in and issues weren't solved. Was told I would not be charged if I brought them back in and they didn't honor what they told me. Ended up paying twice and still nothing resolved on laptops! 300 and nothing to show for it. Took to Best Buy and all is well. Save your money and go elsewhere.
The receptionist, and computer tech staff are great. Can fix just about anything. But unfortunatley i have to bring down the rating to a 3 because of the manager. My computer was malfunctioning, computer techs got it up and running on their system, i paid in full only to take it home and its not fixed. I bring it back in and the techs are more than happy to look at it again to adress the issue. I get it back and pay in full again, and same issues arise. I take it back a third time only to be met by the manager Steve (last name wont be mentioned) who told me that they will work on it one more time (free of charge this time) but to never come back.
