Recently moved from a different state and did not have an appointment. Waited about 3 minutes (one person on the phone and one helping someone in front of them). Lady was very pleasant talking on the phone to other people. When it was my turn, the lady set me up with an appointment about 3 weeks from this moment and reviewed the documents I would need to bring in. Having just moved, she gave me several options of the combinations of documents I could provide since I might not be able to locate one or another document. My experience was pleasant. I will repost after my next visit to see if it’s consistent.

Would be zero stars. One polite employee, wasn’t there today. Very rude, especially to teenagers and farm permits. Made us wait for a smoke break. Teen did not pass for not going fast enough in a neighborhood with parked cars, potholes, people in yards, dips and uncontrolled intersections. Very unhappy they are encouraging teens-requiring teens-to drive at unsafe speeds. These are the grumpiest people you will ever have to deal with, power hungry and obviously clueless that it is a MAXIMUM speed, not a minimum. Unfortunately, this reflects on the one employee who wasn’t here today who does a good job. GO TO CHANUTE! Don’t go here.

I been in there too right after a 15-20 minute smoke break they had to have....I had all my NEEDED paperwork and she still gave me a run a round about having it all ready, she couldn’t handle California DMV customers

Rachel is the most narcissist woman on the planet. She treats people so awful. I don't know how she still has a job. I had to call the state on her which is a very difficult thing to do to find complaint hotline. For DMV. It's a shame that both of the DMV employees have such low social skills and horrific attitudes. Anyone from this county will tell you how awful Rachel is. She gets some kind of power thrill off of mistreating others.
