The sweetest people ever! I live in NM and wanted to surprise my daughter in law, who has her business (“Studio 311” ) right next door, with a birthday gift. I wasn’t sure what to get her, they said, “Oh we know Ashlee, I’ll tell you what she really loves”! So they packaged it up, and within 10 minutes I had a call from my daughter in law, thanking me for her hand delivered gifts. Will use them again no doubt!

I was very disappointed in the flowers I had ordered via phone for both my Mother n sister this year. (2020) My sister and Mother sent me pictures of what they received. I was extremely disappointed. There were half the amount of flowers I ordered and they weren't anything like I had ordered. I called the store n asked what happened to my orders. Apparently too many people were involved in taking and relaying the information. The company made a nominal cost adjustment and sent an apology.
I just called and spoke with Mindy because I had some questions on the items she has in the store that I saw on facebook. She answered my call, took time to answer my questions - even knowing that I was not local and would not be able to visit and buy anything from them. If I am ever in that area I will definitely visit their store.
Went in to studio 311 for a haircut. Ms. Walsh gives excellent service and reasonable prices. Will continue to have all my needs directed to this establishment.
Mindy helped me with a last minute need for a specific bouquet very cheerfully. The store is a charming mix of florists and eclectic boutique. If you need an unusual gift, try here!
