I saw Dr. Victor Doan at this office in October 2020. I had a very bad experience with this office and don’t recommend it at all to anyone. Dr. Doan didn’t seem to care or listen to me explaining my symptoms. He mentioned that he will request a test for me and the office will call me to make another appointment. I have not heard from them again till January. In January, I received a call from their billing office and they claimed that I didn’t pay my copay which they didn’t let me in before I paid it fully. I tried to explain to the person who called me from billing that I trashed the receipt, she refused to listen and asked me to call the office. I called the doctor office and the nurse who answered the phone was extremely rude that she hanged up on me just because I told her that I did not keep the receipt and asked her to check their record. She literally said “you have to pay it again” and hanged up. Really too unprofessional and rude to work with patients!
