So, I always go to the krispy krunchy on story road in Irving and I have never had a problem. It’s always amazing. So I went ahead and tried this area as I thought it would be the same- and guess what. It’s TRASH. The customer service is bad, the food is frozen- my chicken was raw. The soda was flat; and the fries had not salt and they were soggy. I spoke to the staff and told him that you gave me the wrong order and he started yelling at me. I had the worse experience here. Please do yourself a favor and never go to this location.
