While Mark Ondras owned the company it was great, bot he sold the company. They didn't even return my call, and I have pipes broke in my attic, no water for days.

Mark as usual, was fair and giving. He installed a new disposal for 25 less than a competitor. And! He fixed a simple leak in my bathroom sink at no charge. However unbelievable, a guy from BBrothers wanted to charge me, wait for it . . .168‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️I must say I was highly offended and not amused. Mark Ondras, takes the stress out of an already pressure filled situation. Yup! I gotta pay but at least I know the work will get done correctly and will be fairly priced. Thanks for the last 10 years: (2) disposals (1) hot water heater and a myriad of other plumping issues, Mark! No wonder you stay busy but he's worth the wait!

Mark is a very honest and hard working guy. He’s in high demand and worth waiting for! Had a quote from a big company (name rhymes with goto scooter) of 3500 for a broken sewer line. Mark found the break quickly with a quote of 800. He said he’d call the city first to see if they’d repair it since it was near the street. Sure enough the city shows up same day and bam it’s done free of charge. The BIG company was really going to screw me out of 3500!!! Thanks Mark.
Vsomething that wery honest plumber and great quality work. Instead of charging me to come out for something really simple, Mark just facetimed me and diagnosed the problem in 30 seconds that I was able to fix myself. You could never get that kind of service with a big plumbing company. Support local businesses!
