Food was okay. I ordered fish tacos, very simple. The service is why I couldn't rate this place the way I'd like. The server was too busy tending to her three friends at the bar then to anyone else. Upon arrival we stood at the door for a few mins and no one came to us. So we sat ourselves. I had to walk to the server at the bar to be sure that it was okay to walk in and sit after not being greeted for about five minutes after sitting. We ordered a drink from the bar but it never came because again the server was having a great time serving her friends at the bar. I was hoping the comments about great service here were true. I may try giving this place another shot. Hopefully service is better another day.

They never have online order working and their card machine goes down and they have messed up my order after I repeated it (in Spanish) 3 times...maybe the girl was new. Nonetheless, the food is good and they are almost always open. I do believe their drinks are too

So I placed an order from the online menu this restaurant has and I thought I could place the order online, however it was not working for me, so I decided to call it in. I spoke to a young lady and order specifically what I wanted based on the menu provided online. I sent my bf for the order and trust me I was starving at this point. When he came in the house with my food, I grabbed the food and I was ready to dig in. However, it had things in it that I didn't eat and I automatically thought it was a mistake and this was not my order. To say I was supper annoyed was an understatement. I brought the food back to the restaurant and the young lady I spoke to on the phone said that it was my order. I said this is not my order and my blk beans were missing as well. She said the specific entree I order does come with what was in my box and I directed her to the menu online that did not say that (please update the menu, especially for your non-spanish customers). She was kind enough to ask the chef to remake my order to my specifications and they even added a few fries, which I appreciated. The point of this long review is that I have never had a problem with my food when ordering from here and the one time I did, they fixed it and gave me more. I love their guacamole and fired green plantains and my bf enjoyed his food as well. As I always say, " be your own critic and stop by"
