The customer service offered at this dealership is phenomenal. My wife and I went to this dealership unsure of what type of vehicle we wanted or needed. the sales rep Joshua Allen was very friendly, helpful and patient. Not once did we feel pressured to buy anything, nor did we feel rushed into anything. Joshua took his time with us to make sure that we were happy and comfortable with the purchase we were making, as well as helping us decide which vehicle was right to fit our budget and needs. After going to other dealerships where the sales reps try and show you just the cars that they need to move, and then try and get you to pay to hold the car just in case it gets sold while your trying to decide whether to get it or not, and while refusing to take no for an answer, the experience we had at Don Williamson Nissan was a breath of fresh air. The Showroom was clean, Everyone in the building was very friendly, and the whole atmosphere felt professional yet comfortable. Joshua made sure that my wife and I felt welcome to come or go as we pleased, and even stayed late on 3 different nights to help us. Not once were we asked to put any money down to hold a vehicle before we left, which is why we kept coming back, and why we purchased a vehicle from him. Even after the sale was complete, and we left the dealership in our new vehicle, Joshua continued to go above and beyond for us, from checking in with us to make sure everything was going good, to setting up the appointment to get tints done at a local shop, to even remembering our move date and asking about it almost 2 weeks later. His actions after the sale show that he actually cares about his customers, and that it's not just about making the sale with him. I highly recommend anyone looking for a new or used car, Whether to lease or buy, go to Don Williamson Nissan and ask to speak with Joshua Allen. You won't find a better, more caring sales rep anywhere else.

Derrick Davis was hands-down the best sales consultant I have ever had the pleasure of making a deal with! After an experience over at national (a car dealership down the road) we were ready to give up. We drove into Don Williamson because it was on the way home, but we weren't expecting much. Well, we were quickly rejuvenated in our search for a truck! The lovely receptionist greeted us and in seconds my teenager was eating a cookie (which is exactly what you need after car shopping!) We chatted with Derrick about what we were looking for and left our number (it was very close to closing time and already dark) We got a call the next day that he had something for us to look at and went right over. The truck was perfect and the entire transaction went so smoothly. We even had the chance to chat with one of the techs, Noah, who made us feel even better about the truck. Derrick was super personable the entire time. I thought that didn't matter to me until we looked at other dealerships. It was a breath of fresh air. We left feeling completely great about the whole experience and would go back to Derrick next time we are buying a vehicle.

I was searching for a truck with low mileage and a reasonable price. I found one at an online dealership but things just didn't go smoothly and I felt something was just not right so I canceled that and looked online locally. I found just what I wanted at Don Williamson Nissan...(better price and lower mileage than the other dealer) a Toyota Tacoma, beautiful blue with lots of bells and whistles. I drove over an hour just to take a look. I got lucky because Jaquan came out and met me at the truck. He is very friendly but never pushy. Took it for a spin then took it home that night, that simple. There was a small issue that came up after I got home with my truck but Jaquan and the team stepped up and took care of it and I drove away happy with my purchase and with the service they provided. They treated me well and even spoiled me a little with some extras...thanks team for putting up with me!! This was one of the best experiences of the many I have had of buying a vehicle! GOOD JOB!!

Loren Petlock was amazingly helpful with getting the lowest rate possible and a great deal with low payments. It did not take long at all and had a great time. There is plentiful vehicles to look at. Great coffee and comfortable seats. The environment is welcoming and clean. Everything you want from a dealership they offer!

Dealing with Gaston today was such a pleasure. He really knows how to hype you up and get you exactly what you’re looking for and for the right price. He’s an honest and down to earth salesman and this was by far the best experience we’ve had buying a car ever. The whole place was great all the way down to financing. They’re so hospitable. My 5 year old played basketball, drew and got cookies from the sweet woman at the front desk. We appreciated how Gaston knew exactly what my husband and I both wanted and made it happen and helped us endlessly to get the perfect deal. 10/10 recommend.
