I bought a used 2018 Honda Civic EX-L from this dealership about a week ago. My sales person was Noah Harrell and he was AMAZING. I told him what I wanted and he showed me exactly that. He was very patient with everything and he helped me get the best deal possible. The process took a bit of time and the whole time he sat with him and tried to figure it out. He was very professional the whole time and did everything he could to make the very long process easy. I recommend you go to him if you’re ever looking for a car ! 100% recommend.

We visited Stevenson-Hendrick Toyota on 1 December 2020 and the sales associate we worked with was Jeff K. Jeff was fantastic! He made us instantly feel welcomed even though it was 5 pm on a Tuesday. Within ten minutes of talking to my wife and I, he knew what was on the lot and had picked a couple trucks for us to test ride. The first one was an exact match of what I would have picked for myself. We were instantly sold. We followed up with a couple rounds of negotiating and came to an agreement that left my wife and I feeling elated with our purchase. The facility was spacious and clean and has a pleasant atmosphere. This was our second purchase from Stevenson-Hendrick Toyota but not our last. They have earn a customer for life.

Jennifer Allen did an awesome job finding us the vehicle we were looking for. She took her time to show us every vehicle we had in mind. She went out of her way and went above and beyond to meet our fullest expectations. I would recommend her and the other staff here at Stevenson Hendrick Toyota. I just wanted to say that I had a great experience at Toyota. I had a speaker problem end it took them a couple days to figure out the problem. I know electrical problems in a car can be a very big problem. And I just wanted to say thank you to Brian Bess and the whole Toyota team for taking excellent care of me and excellent care of my car. Mr. Bess Took the time to explain to me every step of the process and cut me well informed of the status on my car. I would recommend anybody to Toyota.
