This is a fantastic service. Starting a trip at JFK can be quite a hassle - not what you want when you're already exhausted and tense from preparing for travel and getting to JFK. To be warmly greeted by a VIP One representative, to be relieved of your bags and whisked to your airline check-in, and, best of all, to be escorted to a private TSA entrance makes this service a bargain. It makes you feel more like a king than a VIP!

Different from TSA pre-check. They bring you straight to the security check point. Fast and convenient experience. If you fly out of JFK terminal 1 and are tired of waiting in the flood of people, it is a good alternative that gives you time to eat and wait with a peace in your mind.

Complete waste of.time.and money. No one was.at the booth which when we arrived during their working hours. Tried to call them Line was constantly busy. Had to wait on very long security line as a result
