Very pleased with this businesses service, quality and price. G&G Rooter came to our rescue while in Menards. As I was looking at what to do with a badly clogged drain, Kory (the owner) approached me with advice and the option of having his crew come out to our house. We jumped at the chance to have them do the work for us. We are so very pleased with all aspects of this business. Melissa came out and worked her heart out get our water moving again. G&G Rooter has done a number of things for both myself and my business! They are a very reliable company that treats you like family. On several occasions we have had to call them for emergency services such as backed up drains, toilet issues and more. They always show up with a smile on their face and get the job done. I called Corey and within an hour he sent his plumber over. She was very sweet and knowledgeable. Everytime she was going to do something that could have cost me money she asked me first. I was so appreciative of that. She was here for 3.5 hours, cleaned up any mess that was there, took the garbage with her and I was charged the exact flat rate Corey gave me when I called him. I highly recommend, plus they are open 24/7 and on call! Very happy customer
