We went in knowing exactly what we wanted. The staff was extremely courteous and wasted no time in providing us with any information we needed in regards to the vehicle we purchased. The staff worked with us and we negotiated a price that was within our price range with no hassle. They offered packages that complemented our vehicle and they showed us everything we needed to know about our vehicle As far as operating and any features that we may not have been aware of. I am going to have to say that I am extremely satisfied with customer service and professionalism of the dealership. This was truly a great and wonderful experience.

Such a great experience. Mary Jo was super friendly and helpful. Their financing department was able to get us approved for a truck and we walked away with it that same day (thank you Josh ). The only downside was the wait, but I would highly recommend car shopping here. Looking forward to buying a Jeep in the near future here.

I was very impressed with Jeff Belzers. I was able to work on the trade details over the phone and through email during the week. When Saturday came the process went very quickly. They have a very organized team that is friendly and walked me through the entire process. They did not push me to get a sale. They rather took the time to make sure I was properly educated so I could make the best decision for me. They have a person dedicated to go through the entire vehicle with you so you fully understand all of its features before you drive it off the lot. I have had great follow up in the weeks following to make sure I am happy with the vehicle. I will certainly be back.

This was the first good experience buying a new vehicle I ever had. I found the RAM 3500 I was looking for on their website, then worked with Bob Soucheray, and came in the next day to buy. The numbers were all the same as Bob gave me over the phone. No last minute changes, bait-n-switch, or stuffing the interest rate with points. I would definitely recommend this dealership in general, and Bob in particular.
