Mike went above and beyond to help us over the phone. Water Heater was under warranty for parts only. He diagnosed the issue over the phone with pics and details to make sure we received the correct parts from AO Smith. Saved us from having 2 house calls. This call was in the evening around 7pm. Who does that these days??? Thanks so much Mike. Second part of this review - Ray came out to complete our work. Such a nice guy! Called before arrival, on time and explained everything! I don’t write many reviews, but this was an amazing experience! Price was fair too. Wenger Plumbing will be our go to for any future work we may need.

Amazingly quick response to my call the week of Christmas. Ray was our tech and was incredibly helpful at not only fixing our water heater issues but also explaining code to me and how things should have been done correctly and why. He was patient with my questions well. It was abundantly clear that Ray takes a lot of pride in his work and feels that others in the business should do that same. Would highly recommend, and we will be calling Wenger again in the future when we need plumbing expertise.
Mike was slammed when i called w an immediate problem so he gave me sufficient advice via phone so that i was able to correct the problem myself...very kind and generous of him and greatly appreciated by me! My go to plumber for any future work...good people!!
Honest, hardworking guys! Michael, the owner, is easy to get ahold of and easy to communicate with. Chris, his employee, has done two jobs for us so far. He installed a new drop in sink for us back in January as well as a filtration faucet and a main kitchen faucet. Good communication throughout his process and if he needed an extra part, he would give us a heads up ahead of time. Recently, our main faucet had begun leaking and flooded our countertops and under sink. Wenger plumbing helped us diagnose the problem and they took care of it within a timely manner despite their swamped schedules. Very much appreciated. Would definitely recommend this company. It can be hard to find a good plumber and these guys are very professional.
Mike and Ray were both friendly, helpful and professional. As a single mother of three, I was worried about being taken advantage of and they took time to explain everything to me and make me feel at ease. I would highly recommend Wenger Plumbing!
