They have amazing professional classes with wonderful teachers. The instructors are very helpful and are encouraging to everyone that attends their classes. If you are a beginner or a pro they have various classes at various levels for all to get what they want out of their fitness and to have fun doing it.

I seriously can't say enough great things about this awesome fitness mecca in Louisville! Rikki Little is the best Pole Fitness teacher I've ever had. And her Acro-Chair class is amazing. Tabitha Johnson's workshops and classes are always fun, original and exciting. Both these ladies are the ultimate professionals you want on your fitness team!
Tabitha is the Truth! She will teach you proper format and make sure your workout is challenging every time so that you see results! And Rikki is the ultimate pole guru! Love this spot!
