Excellent service! Everything they serve tastes as it looks: delicious!!! Staff guy (el chamo) was very friendly and welcoming. I don't live nearby, I was just passing by, definitely I'll come back... 100% recomended!

The cashier asked every single person in line if they would like to leave a tip and how much, which was an obvious pressure technique used to make people leave a bigger tip. I do live tips as most of the people do, however, no one needs to be pressured this way by having to announce the amount out loud. Also I ordered large decaf latte and received something that tasted like milk, so it seems that only one espresso shot was used which is unacceptable in a large drink. And just FYI I do know how a decaf tastes like, what I received was a one shot caffeinated latte which I had to dump after one sip. So this business is based on small tricks here and there thinking that the crowed will not notice, at least hats how I felt. Good luck staying in business.

Prato is making their sandwiches smaller “‘mini size”. They used to offer a nice portion according to what we pay but now the prices remain the same and the sandwiches are tiny! appetizer portion!!. Such a let down because they make very good sandwiches but they are no longer worth 10. Sad...!

One of the gems of the neighborhood. They definitely hit the mark with being a Tuscan influenced quick eatery. The sandwiches are so simple, yet perfection. You need amazing top notch ingredients to pull that off.

Random spot picked while we were driving by. Very happy we did, the sandwiches were extremely fresh and satisfying. The Nutella donuts! OH MAN so good. UPDATE The spice porchetta sandwich is excellent. Very fresh and flavorful. 2nd time back and it's worth it.
