The customer service during my out of state online / over the phone experience for the purchase of my 2021 Atlas was awesome! We did pick it up from the dealership and didn't have a trade in. The staff that helped us were all very nice and explained everything plainly to us during the finance process. No pushy sales pitches or pressure, so that was refreshing! Our salesman, Alex, was absolutely the best! I have talked with him on/off for 6mos. He was always so helpful and a pleasure to negotiate with. Highly recommend him and this dealership if your looking for a low stress purchase experience!

Our service rep Jessica Atkins was amazing! She was very thorough detailed when going thru all the steps with my daughter and myself. It was also nice that everything was ready to go when we got there and weren't spending hours wrapping up the paperwork! Customer service from start to finish was great!
