Dealt with this organization one time, they sent a resolution letter to me stating that the false claims made against me were esolved\. The cny representative showed up at my house and looked around, didn't speak to my child and left. There was no talk of any sort of resolution or communication of any kind after that until I received the letter. The representative was in over her head when she appeared at my house late and unprepared. She told me she had 2 other appointments after that (she left my house at around 7:30 pm). When I received the letter, I called the office and got in touch with her, which as other reviewers have testified, isn't the norm. When I asked her what investigation she did to verify the accusations against me, she had no answers. At this time, I informed her that if she didn't want to speak to my lawyer and answer charges of defamation of character and falsifying government documents, I suggest she send another resolution letter stating that the allegations were unfounded. I can't stress enough how important these investigations are and how \just sweeping it under the rug\ can be a life or death decision sometimes. This entire organization and all of its agents need to be audited before the signature of overworked and underpaid employees either put a child in a grave, or takes a child away from a loving parent who is trying their best to teach a child about life.

Very difficult to get any answers or anything accomplished through their system. I feel like something bad truly needs to happen for anyone to listen. And it isn't just this office alone, it seems to be all of carbon county any time there is an issue.

They have totally failed me and my children. My ex plead guilty to hitting my 6 year old daughter with a closed fist giving her a fat bloody lip knocking a tooth loose. But cny case came back unfounded. She has gotten physical with them twice since then. Most recent just yesterday when she slapped my5 year old son around. She's supposed to be taking anger management, clear boundaries/ discipline, mental health services. Where is the enforcement?

Children and youth of carbon county is a complete joke, 5 years I have been dealing with them and still they fail 100% at doing what their supposed to do! Of made dozens of reports and every single one was opened and shut as quick as they were received, one such report I found out wasn't even documented and just swept under the rug! My 15 year old daughter is now a drug addict due to her mother turning her onto drugs, 2 years ago her mother gift wrapped for herhfor Christmas a pipe, dope and a container to store it In, i provide physical concrete evidence only to be told by Jill geisinger and kim there is nothing they can do, even after my daughter tested positive for drugs, I was told by Jill it was a small amount and what kid in carbon county hasn't tried marijuana, real professional!!! These are the people we turn to to protect our children in times of crisis!? They should all be fired! The whole judicial system of carbon county is crooked and corrupt from the judges to the PD's, even domestic relations! Who the hell awards someone child support for a child that doesn't even live with them!? I hope this is seen by the people who's names I have mentioned, I may not be able to do right now to you's legally what I'd love to do but God will surely remember it all and take care of you in his own way!

Poorly run, crying over worked employees. Low to none with supervision, from supervisors own mouth. What a miss guided group of people who want to help. But poor supervision. God save the children!
