Very pleasant poeple, they showed us what mu hisband was looking for,showed the new technology that now comes in the trucks.
Brought my truck in to get the transmission checked, it was slipping in every gear. Found metal in the fluid, 2800 miles out of warranty. Service dept wouldn't even try to work with me and make it right. 5400 dollars for a rebuilt transmission installed. You would think transmission would last more than 62000 miles. Then had the audacity to charge 200 dollars to tell me exactly what I told them was wrong. Also, after I dropped my truck off for my appointment, I received an email 3 hours later saying I missed my appointment.. professional, I think not.
I went in for my first oil change on my new car and to my surprise it was free which was wonderful, but the service was also great! Everyone was very friendly and got me in and out!
