I had an overall great experience with John Jones. At first things were rocky, i bought a vehicle and had issues with it shortly after getting it. As i know anything can go wrong with a vehicle at any time i didn’t point blame at the dealership. They worked with me closely and personally to resolve the issues and made transitioning into something else quick & easy. At the end of the day everything was taken care of, they paid to tow the vehicle and didn’t charge me a penny for any repairs, service calls, etc. Jason Robert’s was a huge help and spent hours searching for a solution for me. I greatly appreciate all the hard work the employees put in! I’ll definitely work with them again in the future!

My mother, a senior citizen on fixed income, bought a used Equinox on November 13. When the check engine light came on, she stopped by the service department. She was told, after a 75 service fee, that the timing belt needs to be replaced, which would cost almost 2,000. They did turn the check engine light off, which makes one wonder how many times they turned it off before they sold the vehicle. This was the first time Mom bought a vehicle from here, and it will be the last.
