The staff was super friendly and The food was delicious, but it wasn't what we ordered. We didn't realize till after we left that we got part of our order and part of someone else's. Thankfully the someone else ordered something delicious. I hope they liked what we ordered for them!

McAlister's has really yummy food at reasonable prices. They also have delicious sweet tea. The Johnson City location has friendly and helpful employees. During the time of Covid, the staff all wears masks and they keep tables closed for social distancing and I appreciate that.
I love the food at this place and the services is usually really good. My only issue is today I got a pickup order. I walked in only to have an employee angrily tell me I couldn't park in the curbside, which I totally get, but I hadn't parked there. I think she confused me with the people behind me who admitted to it once I finally was able to say I hadn't. She just wasn't very friendly about it is all. Like I get it is a problem and I'm sure they were just stressed. It just made me feel very uncomfortable and I feel it could have been handled better.
We enjoy going to McAlister's for soups and sandwiches. It very conveniently located. All the soups and sandwiches I have tried have been good. The potatoes, I really did not enjoy. The sweet tea is good. Service has always been good and I would recommend this establishment to anyone.
