Super overpriced with a terrible return policy. But it's the only place to get a lot of specific equipment and replacement parts for things like HVACs. Definitely consider shopping around the area though. There are a lot of supply stores nearby.

They were open and had the part I needed during the snow storm when no one else did.
I went in today to get a run capacitor and briefly described to them the issue I was facing. They told me it is definitely not the run capacitor and informed me to look at something else. I returned home and checked out what they told me to look at and it was an easy fix. They saved me 30 when they could’ve sold me a part they knew might not be the issue. They are not in the business for free repair information but any business that is willing to help the customer more than sell a product has my business for life.
I don't understand why everytime I come to this location the counter person has to be rude! If I talked to my customers the way they did me I would not have a job. For an employee owned company I am disappointed in the customer service this location has. If you are unhappy with where you work get a different job.
