The workers are uninviting. One of the ladies I saw had the worst attitude, she was being rude and had plenty smart remarks and proceeded to walk off as he left rolling her eyes, like is this how we treat people nowadays, not cool. I’ve dealt with a gentleman who seemed very annoyed and had a smart kind of attitude which is very unprofessional, it made me feel uncomfortable.. Something that I came across that is crazy is they have over priced P.O. Boxes, as a soldier we don’t have time to spend with our family especially if we are far, the least they can do is provide accommodating services for soldiers especially if located in military installations, aka Joint base Lewis McChord and not only soldiers but spouses as well since I’m speaking on behalf of military families/ soldiers. I shouldn’t have to pay for every package that is sent from my family being that I already have other things to pay and attend to as a soldier. And neither should it be over 60 dollars if folks are trying to send things out to their loved ones who are deployed / stationed elsewhere. I believe civilians should educate theirselves on how complicated military life is before taxing / over pricing and not even understanding why we shouldn’t be paying this much while trying to earn business on a military installation. -Karen

The service is amazing, everyone who works there is very polite and friendly. They send Emails to notify you if you have a package in your mailbox. Not All packages can be recieved by the mailbox though and that puts a dampener on what you can and cannot receive through the UPS store.

For awhile, they were amazing. Now, they are slacking in shipping returns to Amazon. Was explained that they ship amazon returns once a week. They have held two of my packages so far for more than a week. First, why do we only do once a week? This basically has amazon holding my funds and other people’s funds till whenever you guys feel like shipping it. Second, I shouldn’t have to follow up and see why my stuff hasn’t been shipped. The lady yesterday (sweet but wasn’t fully listening at first while I explained my stuff was still sitting at that store) said how this driver was actually doing the amazon stuff. BUT guess what, my stuff is STILL sitting there. Drop off your returns at another ups and not this location.
