We got “caught” here (on this visit) when a tornado warning and sirens began. All the employees were SUPER NICE AND HELPFUL! They gathered all the people inside calmly and escorted us all to a safe location. They stayed with us until it was all over. I heard from friends that were in other stores at the time this happened and the stores kicked them out! Very thankful for the staff for all they did.

This rating is specifically for appliances and appliance delivery. We ordered a washer, dryer and dishwasher a month ago. Our delivery date came and went. Not a word from Lowe's, and nobody showed up. When I called, they let me know that someone was supposed to have let me know that our washer and dryer had not shown up and that someone should've let us know but didn't. They said it could take up to another week. Two more weeks came and went. No call. When I call, I get either no answer at all on the line or an answer that is vague and entirely unhelpful. Because they didn't communicate at all, we had given our washer and dryer away the day before our scheduled delivery date. Now, we've spent a ton of time and money at the laundromat - all because the communication is entirely non-existent. Inventory is tough right now. I get it. That's no excuse for piss-poor communication. There's no excuse for that. Mission failure. Never again. EDIT 1/4/21 - My pregnant wife managed to speak with the acting store manager and get some movement on this. Within a week of that discussion, we had a washer and dryer. The dryer was broken, and we were surprised to find out that they could not install the dishwasher that we had also ordered, so there are still some obvious communication proccesses in need of revision, but we have what we paid for, so I added a star.

Went to pick up microwave from customer service. We were told it would be waiting for us. It wasn't. Waited and waited. Asked the desk if we could come back tomorrow and they could have it ready for us. They asked us to wait. Finally they bring it out in box. I asked if we could make sure it was the one we ordered. They said if number on box matches your receipt then it's right. Fine. We take it home and unpack it and guess what? Yep. It's not ours. Yes I am frustrated. We take it back and explain all that has happened and our frustrations. We ask if he would be willing to deliver the correct microwave to our house and waive 99 install fee. He looks at me and says for such a small mistake? I replied, small mistake! What a joke. The manager was Issac Gayer. Lowe's you can do better than this. I asked for my money back.
