I'm not normally a fan of soup/salad/sandwich places, but my sandwich was great. I ordered the steak and mushrooms sandwich and added the peppers. Plenty of meat and great flavor. We ordered carside pickup, and the experience was very easy and the restaurant actually got our order completely right (a low bar...but it's ridiculous how many places struggle with that). Overall, very happy.

I always go here if I want a good Reuben sandwich. Mcallister's never disappoints but for the side on this visit, I got the coleslaw, and wan't impressed. I asked if it was sweet coleslaw or vinegar based and they said it was neither. I found it to be bland and lacking something. During the week, it gets pretty busy from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm. We got in before the rush and was amazed at how many people were coming in. Prices are a little high, but overall the food is good. The opinions stated here are my own and not provided to me by the owner/operator of this establishment. The food is great. I just stopped in for a gallon of their Ice tea. It is so good. They'll mix any way you want it half & half all sweet or no sweetener at all.
I had a great experience at McAllister's today. The order taker was friendly and nice. I ordered the French Dip with Tomato & Cucumber salad. The sandwich was perfect and the salad was fresh and delicious!! The order came out promptly and the Ladies cleaning the tables checked with me to be sure I had all I needed. Great service and great clean and friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend others to eat here.
