Prompt, friendly to my dogs, and professional. Cleaned up nicely. Very user-friendly app. Easy to use touch screen keypad. Overall extremely satisfied!!!

JSB Security Solutions has been awesome! I had thought getting a security system would be complicated and expensive but Jacob Yates at JSB made the process so simple for us. When he visited us in our home he understood the features and benefits of the security system and explained them all to us without trying to make us feel any pressure at all. The system we had installed seems to be top of the line with a color touch screen keypad, video security, and even access from my iPhone so I can see whats going on at home even when I'm away form home. The installation only took a couple hours and the technician was on time and did an excellent job. I feel much safer now. I also love supporting local companies.
I had a great experience in having cameras and an alarm system installed. Highly professional and very knowledgeable in determining what system would best fit my needs. Cleaned up well after installation and very courteous. Highly recommend JSB Security Systems!!
